Do I need previous cycling experience?

The three intermediate routes with the 3/5 intensity level require a good level of fitness and cycling knowledge whereas the two elite rides with the 4/5 and 5/5 intensitiy levels respectively require an advanced level of fitness and previous cylcing experience.

Can I hire a bike?

Guests can bring their own bike but high-end roadbikes can also be hired with Medfeel. Bikes will be ready at Son Bunyola from where they will also be picked up afterwards. Medfeel will also adjust the bike and provide items such as helmets, pedals and GPS mounts.

Do I need a guide?

While some of the routes can be self-guided, we would recommend a local Medfeel guide for the two elite rides, route 4 and route 5.
