The Fine Print
MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Membership in the Mont Rochelle Wine Club is open to individuals aged 18 years or older and for South African residents only. By joining the Club, members agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
Club members will receive regular shipments of Mont Rochelle wines according to their selected membership tier. Benefits may include exclusive access to limited-production wines, discounts on wine purchases, complimentary tastings, invitations to special events, and more.
MEMBERSHIP TIERS
The Club offers different membership tiers with varying benefits and pricing structures. The pricing structure will depend on the chosen tier when a member signs up for the Wine Club and vary depending on wine selection.
PAYMENT & BILLING
Membership dues will be billed automatically according to the selected membership tier and frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Payment methods accepted include credit cards or other forms of electronic payment. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date.
SHIPPING
Wine shipments will be sent to the address provided by the member at the time of enrollment. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to sign for the delivery. Shipping is free of charge for all Mont Rochelle Wine Club members.
CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting the Mont Rochelle Wine Club customer service team. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. Refunds will not be provided for partially used membership periods.
CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP
Members can upgrade or downgrade their membership tier at any time by contacting customer service. Changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
COMMUNICATION
By joining the Club, members agree to receive communication from Mont Rochelle Winery, including newsletters, promotional offers, and event invitations. Members can opt out of receiving these communications at any time.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Members agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the purchase, shipment, and consumption of alcohol.
MODIFICATIONS OF TERMS
Mont Rochelle Winery reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated to members via email or through the Club’s website.
