When it comes to food at Son Bunyola, think authentic Mallorcan dishes. With a focus on a farm-to-fork ethos, much of the produce served in the hotel's restaurants is grown in the estate's gardens and orchards. All are paired with irresistible wines handpicked by our sommelier, many of them award-winning Mallorcan wines from nearby vineyards.
Chef Brenda brings authentic Mallorcan flavours to life at Sa Terrassa and Sa Tafona. Brenda's menus celebrate fresh, homegrown produce from our estate's gardens and orchards, creating unforgettable dining experiences.
At the villas, a private chef is on hand to finesse bespoke menus, bringing together the finest of Mallorcan ingredients with our guests’ individual tastes. Delicious!

Sa Terrassa
A culinary delight
Sa Terrassa, the hotel's main restaurant, takes its name from the stunning location in front of the Finca's striking facade.
With sweeping sea views, it's the perfect spot to savour Mallorca's fresh, authentic flavours. The menu blends Mediterranean cuisine with local ingredients, complemented by a curated selection of wines from near and far.
More than just a restaurant, Sa Terrassa offers a vibrant dining experience in a breathtaking setting that lingers in your memory long after the meal.

Sa Tafona
Spanish flavours, reimagined
Set in a restored olive oil mill, Sa Tafona is a foodie’s paradise with its unique spaces and large terrace with sweeping sea views. The menu focuses on bold Spanish cuisine, combining fresh, locally sourced ingredients straight from the estate’s garden with innovative techniques. Enjoy a curated selection of natural wines from local and Mediterranean vineyards, perfectly complementing the vibrant dishes. Keeping it local
The natural produce grown at the Son Bunyola estate gardens and orchards is celebrated throughout the hotel in innovative ways.
Ingredients include organic herbs and vegetables from the ever-expanding kitchen garden, citrus fruits from the orchards and olives, almonds and honey from the estate’s own beehives.
Vines have also been replanted to grow the local grape variety and reproduce the estate’s own Malvasia wine from 2026 onwards, as it did to acclaim during the 19th century.

Private dining
There’s a private dining room in Sa Terrassa for small groups. More intimate private dining for two in several locations around the hotel can also be arranged.

Dining at The Villas
Whether we’re doing the cooking or you’re catering for yourself, one of the most important aspects of staying at Son Bunyola is taking advantage of the fresh produce the island has to offer. All guests are encouraged to treat the villa like their own home, and if you choose to book our private chef, the open plan kitchen is a great place to watch them cook up a storm - you might even pick up some tips! Most of our guests prefer to dine outdoors (weather permitting), but there is also a dining table inside each villa.
